Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, and entry fees (if applicable) are extra and must be paid by the customer. Waiting charges may apply if the vehicle is kept waiting beyond the agreed time. Night charges may apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. Local & Outstation Trips
Local trips are charged based on minimum kilometers or hours as applicable. Outstation trips are charged from garage to garage unless specified otherwise. Driver allowance (bata) is applicable for outstation trips and must be paid per day.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted digital payment modes. Advance payment may be required for certain outstation bookings. Full payment must be completed before or at the end of the trip.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made well in advance may not attract any charges. Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges depending on the distance and time of allocation. No refund will be provided for cancellations after the vehicle has reached the pickup location.
6. Delays & Trip Changes
While we strive for punctual service, delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility. Any change in route, destination, or travel plan during the trip may result in additional charges.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Customers must carry valid identification during the journey. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence, misuse, or unruly behavior will be chargeable. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
8. Luggage Policy
Standard luggage is allowed based on vehicle capacity. Extra luggage or special items may require a larger vehicle and may incur additional charges.
9. Driver & Vehicle
Drivers are licensed, trained, and expected to follow traffic rules and safety norms. Customers are requested to treat drivers with respect and cooperation. Vehicle allocation is subject to availability; in case of unavoidable situations, an equivalent vehicle may be provided.
10. Liability
Tiruppur Kumaran Call Taxi is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising during the journey.
